AI Paper Notes is maintained by zhaoyang. We use the public projects' GitHub Issues for feedback and site problems that can be discussed publicly. Filing an issue requires a GitHub account; reading this site does not.

The website and public repository snapshots may differ. Include the actual website URL in your report; you do not need to locate the corresponding repository file first. Please check for an existing report of the same issue where possible.

Research-Note Corrections

To help locate and verify a problem, please include:

  1. The full note URL and paper title.
  2. The sentence, equation, table row, or section in question.
  3. A link to the original paper and the relevant page, section, or table number.
  4. Your proposed correction and the evidence supporting it.

For discrepancies between editions, include both page URLs. When reporting numerical differences, identify the paper version, dataset, metric, and experimental setting so results from different conditions are not compared as though they were equivalent.

Site and Display Problems

For search, navigation, broken links, equations, or mobile display issues, include the URL, steps to reproduce, expected and actual behavior, browser, device type, and when the issue occurred. Remove personal information from screenshots before sharing them.

Do not attach cookies, access tokens, account credentials, or complete network logs containing private information to a public issue.

Attribution and Rights Concerns

Identify the site URL, the specific material, its original source, and the requested action, such as adding attribution, correcting a citation, or removing material.

GitHub Issues are public and are not suitable for identity documents, contracts, unpublished papers, or other confidential material. For private inquiries, use the email address above, describe the issue and relevant pages, and provide only information necessary to handle the matter. Do not upload supporting private documents to a public issue.

Responses and Follow-Up

Reports provide leads for verification and improvement. Submission does not guarantee that a proposed change will be adopted or that a reply will arrive within a fixed period. Scientific corrections should rely on the original paper and verifiable evidence. We will not ask for passwords, verification codes, or payment details to handle feedback.

Ordinary correspondence is used to handle the stated matter, retained for no more than 12 months after it is closed, and then deleted. Information needed for an ongoing dispute or a legal obligation may be retained longer for that purpose and deleted when no longer needed. This rule applies to correspondence under our control, not to public GitHub Issues or independently managed service-provider logs.
